Below are documents we provided to the United States Attorney’s Office in response to subpoenas in the case United States v. Aaron Swartz. There are approximately 300 documents, many of which are nested email discussions. Often the same email or information is repeated multiple times in communications spanning various dates. We have listed and linked from here to the documents in chronological order based on the most recent date of an email within the document. We hope this will facilitate readers’ understanding of the sequence of events and enable people to readily download, cite, and link to specific documents. We are also providing these documents as large downloadable files—one containing each PDF file and the other containing all of the documents in a single PDF to enable searching. The documents also reflect minimal redactions to protect individual privacy and sensitive network information.
